Terms of Service

1. Description of the service

Pavel Rusev Barber Studio provides an automated assistant for booking appointments at our barbershop via Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Messenger. The assistant answers questions about services, prices and working hours, and helps create a booking in the barber's schedule.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed after we receive name, phone, service, date and time.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if the slot is unavailable or the data provided is incorrect.
• To cancel a booking, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance.

3. Payment

Payment is made on site at the studio. We accept cash; for card payment please call 089 925 1400.

4. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the assistant working correctly. In case of a technical issue or a suspected error, please confirm your booking by phone.

5. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
