Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of all data we store about you (bookings and message history) in any of the following ways:

1. By phone: 089 925 1400 — state your name or Instagram username.
2. By Instagram DM: send the message "Please delete my data" to our Instagram account.
3. In person: at the studio — бул. „Панчо Владигеров" 44, ж.к. Люлин 3, Sofia.

Requests are processed within 7 business days. After that, all of your personal data is deleted from our system — Google Calendar entries, message logs and identifiers.

You will receive a confirmation message or call on the contact you provided once the deletion is complete.
